    The store recharge will be credited within 24 hours.

    T-fullfill will update the exchange rate before 9am Beijing Standard Time every week. The exchange rate (middle rate) will be synchronized with Bank of China (BOC).

02Logistics
  • 1. What is the logistics transportation time for T-fullfill products?
    99% of the logistics transportation time for products on the T-fullfill platform is 8-12 days.
  • 2. What are the products that cannot be shipped?
    Products that cannot be shipped include flammable and explosive materials, highly corrosive materials, hazardous chemicals, etc.
  • 3. Scope, transportation requirements, and transportation time of special items?
    Special items include valuable jewelry, electronic products, and digital devices. During transportation, it must be tightly packaged and labeled accordingly. Due to strict inspection, the transportation time may be 3-5 days longer than ordinary items.
  • 4. Can I change the shipping address midway?
    T-fullfill currently does not support changing the address midway.
  • 5. What penalties will be imposed if timely delivery is not possible?
    If the platform cannot deliver orders in a timely manner, the platform will provide merchants with certain store management discounts.
03Refund and after-sales service

    If customers are not satisfied with the product, they can choose the return and refund service on the order page and send the package back to the designated address. After the platform receives the package, the payment will be returned to the original account.
